We do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, if the product is incorrectly delivered (does not match the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we are happy to replace the item.

Each return or exchange request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our team for quick resolution. Refunds will not be provided for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts by the courier, or if the recipient refuses the package.
